Impetora is an enterprise AI consultancy and solutions partner. We design, build, and deploy custom AI systems for organisations operating in regulated industries.
What we are
Impetora is a consultancy. We take ownership of an AI workflow end to end: discovery, architecture, build, and operate. The conversion path is a single intake form. We do not run free assessment calls before a written brief is on the table, and we do not sell productised software. Each engagement is bespoke and scoped after a paid discovery phase.
Who runs Impetora

Where we are
Headquartered in Vilnius. We work in English and Lithuanian today, and are expanding to German, French, and Spanish during 2026. Our buyer is any enterprise that needs to ship AI inside the EU regulatory perimeter, which includes US, UK, and Asia-headquartered organisations selling into European markets.
How we work
Every engagement runs through TRACE: Trust, Readiness, Architecture, Citations and Evidence. The framework is documented and reviewed before any code ships. Production-grade systems with audit trails, EU data residency, and rollback paths are the default, not the upsell. The full methodology is described on the methodology page.
What we do not do
We do not sell off-the-shelf software. We do not run a marketing automation tool, an analytics platform, or a self-serve product. Voice AI work for Lithuanian and EU clients is delivered by our sister brand Ainora, which operates a dedicated voice platform with live demos in production. Anything that is not a bespoke enterprise AI engagement is out of scope for Impetora.

What we don't claim
- We don't list client logos. Our sister brand Ainora's live demo numbers are public; call them.
- We don't claim ISO 27001 certification. The audit is scheduled for Q4 2026.
- We don't quote pricing without a discovery call. Conformity-assessment shape varies per build.
- We don't publish testimonials. Read our methodology, our blog, our free tools - judge us on what we publish.
- We don't ship case studies with named clients. We ship use-case references with cited regulators and anonymised eval-harness outputs.
